A.S.M. Habibur Rahman
builds the ERP that runs the factory.
connects PLC data straight into decision-making.
Nineteen years across telecom, textiles and enterprise IT — now designing cloud ERP systems that connect shop-floor machines, PLCs and management dashboards for RMG manufacturers, construction firms and retail groups across Bangladesh and the UK.

Shopfloor, procurement & HR feed one ERP core — dashboards, mobile and accounts read the same number back out.
From shop floor to server room
Habibur's career started in 2007 as an Assistant Technical Engineer at Grameenphone, keeping the IT running across seven regional centres. That hands-on troubleshooting instinct followed him into enterprise software — nearly a decade as Senior ERP Developer at ROBINTEX (Bangladesh) Ltd, one of the country's established composite textile groups, built while concurrently leading IT & Software Engineering for Fresh Group.
Since 2023 he has served as Divisional Manager at Interstoff Apparels Ltd, a concern of the Pandughar Group and a major RMG exporter — and in parallel, he founded and owns SAFE ERP, his own cloud automation practice, packaging everything he's learned wiring PLCs to production lines into ERP systems for manufacturing, construction, retail, agriculture and food-service businesses. He studied at Victoria University, Dhaka.
"ERP shouldn't be a reporting tool. It should be the operating system for the factory." — A.S.M. Habibur Rahman, on Real-Time RMG ERP

Architecture & Delivery
Starts at the order, not the factory gate
Most factory software begins at production. Habibur's ERP designs start where the money commits — the order — and carry that one number through every department to the shipment.
Accounts merges directly with Procurement here — every purchase order is 3-way matched against its GRN and GRV before payment clears.
HR & Workforce — Employee CTC breakdowns, job-description library, and performance assessment, so the people running each stage above are managed with the same rigor as the stock.
Every taka is traced back to its order
Material, labour and overhead don't sit in three separate ledgers — the ERP costs each production stage as it happens, so a per-order cost sheet, COGS and true margin are ready the moment the shipment closes, not weeks later.
What SAFE ERP delivers
Cloud-based, start-to-end automation — built for large and medium-sized businesses that need accurate stock, real cost control and less manual reporting.
RMG & Factory Automation
PLC-to-ERP integration, live line efficiency and downtime tracking for garment manufacturers.
Real-Time Shopfloor Intelligence
Machine and PLC data streamed straight into management dashboards, minute by minute.
Construction & Real Estate ERP
Mobile-first BOQ costing, site requisitions and project cost control from site to office.
Procurement, GRN & GRV Control
Requisition to purchase order, matched against goods receipt (GRN) and gate verification (GRV) before any stock is accepted.
Accounts, Merged with Procurement
Payments release only after a 3-way match — purchase order, GRN/GRV and invoice all agree.
HR & Workforce Systems
Employee CTC breakdowns, a job-description library and structured performance assessment.
AI-Based Reporting & Alerts
Automatic notifications and risk detection before problems reach the management desk.
Cloud ERP Consultancy
Architecture, multi-branch deployment and role-based access for growing operations.
One practice, eight ready-built systems
Beyond custom RMG deployments, SAFE ERP maintains ready systems across industries — each built on the same accounts-and-inventory core.
RMG ERP
Order-to-export garment manufacturing — BOM, production, costing and shipment in one system.
Construction ERP
Mobile-first BOQ costing, site requisitions and project cost control for real estate and contractors.
Accounts, Inventory & Production Control
Stock, production stages and the general ledger read the same live number, factory-wide.
Restaurant Management
POS, kitchen order flow, menu costing and stock control built for food-service operations.
Market & Retail Management
Multi-branch retail — stock transfers, sales, staff and daily cash-up in one dashboard.
Event Tracking & Management
Bookings, vendor coordination and budget-vs-actual tracking for event businesses.
E-Commerce
An online storefront wired straight into the same inventory and accounts ledger — no separate stock sheet.
All-in-One Accounts + Inventory
A lighter combined accounts-and-stock system for small and growing businesses not yet ready for a full ERP.
Two systems, from the field
Notes from recent deployments, in Habibur's own words.
Making line performance measurable, live
Most RMG lines get reviewed after the shift. Habibur's approach moves that review to the minute it happens — machine and PLC data flows straight into ERP, so output, downtime and efficiency update in real time.
- Machine + PLC data streams directly into ERP
- Output, downtime and efficiency update live
- Line status visible minute by minute, not shift by shift
- Supervisors act on issues immediately, not at day's end
- Trusted numbers make planning and decisions faster
"When the floor data is live, the numbers become trusted. And when the numbers are trusted, planning and decisions become faster. That's how RMG moves from reporting to control."
— From a SAFE ERP field noteA mobile-first ERP for real estate project management
Construction projects lose money when costs, materials and site activity aren't tracked in real time — site engineers are in the field while management sits in the office. This system connects BOQ costing, procurement and site execution in one place.
- BOQ costing structured Stage → Main Task → Sub-Task → Material
- Site engineer requisitions filed directly from mobile
- Project-head approval workflow with bulk PO management
- Requisition-wise material issue tracking
- Live dashboard: planned BOQ vs. actual consumption
"Full mobile dependent — engineers work directly from the construction site. Real-time cost control means seeing deviation immediately, not at month end."
— From a SAFE ERP field noteOne ERP, the whole order-to-export chain
From the order landing on his desk to the shipment on VMS, Habibur's ERP designs keep procurement, accounts and production reading the same live number — see the full flow above.
The result his clients notice first isn't a feature — it's fewer surprises. Costs stay visible while the job is still running, not after it's shipped, which is what turns an automation project into a genuinely profitable one.

Industrial systems, AI-ready dashboards, human oversight
Three layers, one ERP — the shopfloor hardware, the automated logic reading it, and the people who still make the call.
From PLCs on the production line to GRN, GRV and stock — every machine and every movement reports into one system.
Dashboards and costing engines built to turn shopfloor and ledger data into decisions the moment they're needed.
CTC, job descriptions and performance assessment stay owned by people — automation just removes the paperwork.
Built to be trusted by the person signing the PO
Scale, honestly reported — some numbers are live, some are waiting on figures only Habibur can confirm.
